1000 carbs a day

Thanks for this article. I have been eating around 900-1000 calories a day and running 2.5 miles daily for 2 weeks now. My goal is to lose around 30 pounds overall, but that will be over a few months. I am doing 900-1000 calories/day until the end of October and I am not weighing myself until then.

if you find it hard to eat 1000 calories, drinking 1000+ calories is easier. i am severely underweight as well but recently starting to gain weight by drinking mass gainer in-between meals and doing weight trainings. but seriously though, 1000 calories a day shouldn't be hard at all, as others said, you might need to see a professional if drinking milkshake/mass gainer still doesn't help.
